| ♡ Payment ♡ Payment is preffered upfront and in-full, after the commission scope is discussed and approved by both parties. Payment currency is in USD. Clients wil provide their Paypal and recieve and invoice for their commission For larger commissions, 50/50 flexible payment is available. Clients will pay before the first draft, and again before sending the finished commission. |
| ♡ Process and Delivery ♡ If there is a deadline, it is your responsibility to let me know in advance. You are able to opt-out of a commission before payment is collected. (if you want to cancel, do so before you pay) Frequent communication is expected by both parties, please let me know if there are any updates/changes needed as soon as possible. You may recieve a commission sooner before the deadline, I provide a grace period in case of any scheduling issues or pushbacks. If my scheduling is interupted, or any extenuating circumstance hinders my process, I will inform my clients. If my scheduling does not match or I do not meet the deadline of the project, then you have the right to cancel the commission and you will be refunded. In case of emergency, if you do not recieve any information regarding the commission after the alloted time-frame discussed, you should contact me about the status/progress of your commission. If the wait time should be extended, you are able to extend the deadline, or be refunded. If there's any circumstance where i am not able to complete the commission at all, you will be refunded in full. |
| ♡ Commissioner Etiquette ♡ I want to have a great time working with you, Please keep these in mind when working with me! When the first draft is sent, I expect you to make as many corrections as you see fit. Your input is important and helps me understand your creative vision. When communicating, please don't abuse/neglect your responsibilities. Poor behaviour will result in a refund and blacklisting from future commissions. After the first draft is send you have 2 weeks to maximum to submit feedback for revisions. Failure to respond will result in termination of the commission. Keep in mind large amounts of feedback may result in an extension being neccesary, if I am not alotted the neccesary time to perform my revisions, I will terminate your commission due to poor communication. If a commission is terminated, the client will not be able to use any of the drafts or reuse any of the materials that were created during the commission Of course, do not hesitate to reach out if there any extenuating circumstances that may hinder your ability to follow my commissioner etiquette. |
